For 2011, we have added additional services to all the tours without
increasing the tour prices. One of the favorable changes is to take the
express train to Suzhou (from Shanghai), This will let you have a chance
to enjoy the comfortable train ride and avoid heavy traffic on highway
as well. Another change is to sail on President Prime for Yangtze River
Cruise. This will be the newest luxury and most technically advanced
vessel on the Yangtze River.
In order to obtain the first hand information and feedbacks for service
improvement, as always, my partner and I travel with our groups several
times a year. This helps us greatly to keep improving our tour programs
